Lutefisk Hot Dish

Ingredients

  • 2 cups boiled & boned lutefisk
  • ¾ cups uncooked rice
  • 2 eggs slightly beaten
  • 2 cups half & half
  • 2 T butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

Instructions

  • Cook rice in boiling salted water.
  • Mix cooked rice and fish together.
  • Add salt, pepper, eggs, and half & half.
  • Put in buttered 9″ x 13″ casserole dish and top with cracker crumbs and lots of butter.
  • Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees
