It’s the fashionable solar powered Day For Night dress! It’s made out of interconnected white circuit boards and RGB LEDs, plus its powered by the sun! Here is a closeup view of each of the tiles…
It looks a bit… scratchy. Anywho, the cool thing is you can program it to display different colors and symbols and anything else you can think of.

Now this would be entertaining…
I wonder what the lights above his elbows are for though. Plus if you get bored rolling on your stomach you can roll over on your back!
Theoretically you can find out more on his site, Buggy Rollin, but the site design is an excellent example of why you don’t create your entire website in Flash.

It’s a camera with a crunchy wooden shell and a gooey digital filling! I like the unique look, though I wish the camera looked less like a planchette. Either way it’d be pretty cool to see a larger SLR camera with a wood shell. I wonder how much more this weighs with the wood.
Anywho, Olympus just announced the camera today and they’re tightlipped about a release date.

Windfire Designs Creators of the Cursor Kite
Update July 25:
Just got an email from them
“…The Cursor Kite is a piece of art that is also a work in progress.
It may be a product of ours one day but for now it is a magic trick.
Thanks for the interest!…”
First off we have this nice looking Kata R-103 backpack
Pretty compact and you can supposedly fit a laptop in it.
Kata is also known for making body armor so thats a plus.
After that we have Thinktank Bazooka Tripod Bag
Seems cool. Nice level of padding, plus it has shoulder straps and its easy to remove from the bag.
The president of the company was formally Lowepro’s Lead designer, so he has some credentials.
We also have the Crumpler 7 Million
Nice size and its all incognito.
File this under something I don’t need at the moment. But these are so sleek and pretty.
Amadana PE-117 headphones
They give you wood, Bamboo to be specific. And did I mention the whole Sleek and shinyness? Only thing that sucks is that they don’t sell them outside of Japan and Europe…
Importers to the Rescue! Dynamism sells them for 159.00. Pricy, no?
Next up on our list we have the…
Bang & Olufsen A8 Headphones
As you can see what they lack in wood they make up for in Cold, Hard, Anodised Aluminium.
AKG K 240 Studio
List price is 160 on their site. The Apple store sells them for 159.00 (not that I’m endorsing apple or anything. They’re just the only big online store within the first 10 google hits)
I seem to have a 160 dollar theme going…
Sweetwater.com has them for a benny though so I guess I broke the theme.
Pretty cool service. Watches what you play then recommends new stuff to listen to. Has a web radio service that plays songs for you. All free at the moment. Recommended new stuff that I liked.
